Anubias nana ‘Ice’ is a beautiful and compact aquatic plant prized for its bright, pale green to almost icy-colored foliage and hardy nature. This popular Anubias variety is grown in a sterile tissue culture cup, providing a clean and pest-free way to introduce it into established aquariums. Its slow growth rate and easy-care nature make it an excellent choice for planted aquariums, shrimp tanks, nano setups, and low-tech aquascapes. Like other Anubias, Nana ‘Ice’ grows from a rhizome and is best attached to rocks, driftwood, or other hardscape rather than buried beneath the substrate. Its light-colored foliage creates beautiful contrast against darker plants and hardscape, making it an excellent choice for adding texture and visual interest to natural aquascapes.
